Rugged Distribution (Pty) Ltd has a 30-day return policy for items purchased online from our website only. The item(s) must be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund. Any refund is for the purchase price only; shipping costs are not refundable. All returns must include original packing and be accompanied by a mail confirming the authorized return of the product.
